I definitely don’t agree with everything he said here..but still—it makes you think.  People complain about things being controversial—if they don’t agree with a person on something, they disassociate with them—but it’s not the stance that matters, it’s the fact that the controversy was brought up.  It’s the fact that now you’re thinking about something important.  It’s the fact that you’re either arguing for or against him.  It’s the fact that now you’re speaking for yourself.  Love Lupe.  What other mainstream rappers out there are rapping about national issues..?..none come to mind. The new album is gonna be sick.
